Composting

We’re proud to partner with Brooks Contractor and CompostNow to divert food waste and packaging from the landfill. We compost all kitchen scraps and plate waste from the dining halls, and offer pre- and post-consumer composting at Lenoir Mainstreet and Beach Cafe.
