FARMER’S FOODSHARE

CDS is proud to partner with Farmer Foodshare to source North Carolina produce for our award-winning Farm Stand events! Farmer Foodshare is a Durham-based nonprofit dedicated to strengthening food systems in North Carolina through several community-based initiatives that benefit both farmers and eaters. As a food hub, they partner with small and mid-sized farmers across the state to provide them access to wholesale markets. Additionally, approximately half of the produce that they aggregate is used towards food insecurity initiatives in the community!
