Dine with the Director

Cristina is our Food Service Director at Lenoir Dining Hall. She graduated from Florida State University majoring in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in Hospitality. Cristina has been working with Aramark Dining Halls since her time as a student at FSU.

Cristina says that she has “always loved food and healthy eating” and has been cooking since she was eight years old. In high school, she thought she would become a registered dietitian, but also knew she did not want to be at a desk all day because being around people is what excites her! Today she finds great joy in seeing students get excited about eating at our dining halls and enjoying their meals.

During her free time, Cristina loves to visit farmers markets!
