Clayton Miller a dynamic Hospitality Services Director with over 4.5 years of experience in the Collegiate Hospitality scene, currently oversees operations at Chase Dining Hall, Port City Java and Subway.

Having graduated from Pitt Community College in 2002 Clayton has been in public service for 22 years. Clayton specializes in streamlining processes and boosting customer satisfaction.

Honored with becoming the Hospitality Services Director in November 2023 for Chase Dining Hall, Clayton says it is an honor and privilege to serve the students and staff each day at UNC Chapel Hill.
