Chef Sam Takeover

Chef Sam was curious about the art of cooking from a young age. His mom started teaching him how to cook when he was 8 years old and since then he has been captivated by it! He has always been amazed by the many ways that a person, a region, or a culture can interpret a meal or dessert with the exact same ingredients. Sam is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, specializing in baking and pastry. Chef Sam is so happy to get to do what he loves as a chef and loves sharing his passion with the CDS community!
During his free time Chef Sam likes to spend time with his wife and fur-son. He enjoys all things Marvel, Anime and D&D.
Chef Sam will be serving Coconut Chess Mini Pie w/ Key lime Diplomate and Berry compote at the Rolling Pin Bakery station!
