Chef Mike Mastracchio, Purchasing Chef Manager at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dining Services, brings years of experience from private golf and yacht clubs, where he specialized in high-quality, guest-focused dining. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Mike is passionate about creating memorable dishes and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to the Carolina community.
