Chef Chloe Takeover

Meet Chef Chloe, a proud native of Murphy, NC, a small town nestled in the western part of the state. Her love for baking began at home, learning side by side with her mom in the kitchen. While earning her B.A. in Psychology at UNC, Chloe worked as a student baker, quickly realizing how much joy she found in the craft.

After returning to Carolina Dining Services in 2023, Chloe quickly rose to the role of supervisor before deciding to fully pursue her culinary dreams. She enrolled at the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, completing her Diploma in Professional Pastry Arts in August 2025. Passionate about creativity, growth, and mentorship, she thrives on both learning new techniques and sharing her knowledge with others. For Chef Chloe, the bakery isn’t just a place to create—it’s a place to inspire.
