Chef Alex’s passion for cooking began at a young age. From helping his family in the kitchen as a child to landing his first job at a pizza shop at just 15, Chef Alex’s love for cooking has always been evident. Once he got a taste of the culinary world, he was hooked.
Recognizing his passion, he sought out a degree and graduated with high honors from the Le Cordon Bleu program at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Arizona. He has since worked in everything from small Pizza and Taco shops to high end American contemporary, and now Collegiate Hospitality.
At home, Chef Alex enjoys cooking with his wife and two small children, sharing his love for food with his family. His dedication to his craft and his family makes him a truly remarkable chef. A culinary artist we are more than proud to call one of our own.
