Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM. For all inquiries, please expect a response within 24 hours of our normal operating hours. For questions regarding mobile orders please fill out the designated form found here.

For questions related to Meal Plan usage reports, please contact the One Card office. For questions related to billing, please contact the UNC Cashier’s Office. For Project and Media Requests please fill out our request form here.

NEW! We now have a separate form for sponsorship and donation requests. Please fill out the donation request form here. Thank you!

PLUS Swipes and Meal Swipes do not transfer over from semester to semester – at the end of each semester, all remaining Meal Swipes (including PLUS Swipes) purchased for that semester expire.
